Chef As for hobbies, I cook a lot. If I didn't do what I do, I'd probably go to a culinary school. I enjoy making all sorts of foods. I experiment a lot (my wife and kids are willing guinea pigs). I especially like hot and spicy foods. If my head tingles and I break out in a sweat, it's hot enough! For the past two years I've been cooking chili competitively as a member of the International Chili Society.  Our team name is the ChiliCats (did you expect something not cat related?).
I also do lighting, sound, and recording for small productions. I've done a fair amount of work for the Merrimack Valley Chorale. I've also recorded piano and vocal recitals. For further information, contact me.
